The Henriksen conservation easement permanently protects 92 acres of fields and forest, including over 1,000 feet of shoreline on Upper Kimball Pond in South Chatham, NH

The easement is consistent with New Hampshire’s Comprehensive Shoreline Protection Act which states:

“The shorelands of the state are among its most valuable and fragile natural resources and their protection is essential to maintain the integrity of public waters”.
